When you deal with DAD Realty you deal direct with one of the owners of the business, not a Property Manager. Any problems can be sorted right there and then because you are talking with the person that makes the management decisions in the business.
We charge 2 weeks rent as a leasing fee (most others will ask for 3 weeks + extras) which includes all legal forms, tenant checks and an initial property condition report.
Our management fees are $30 per week + GST with NO extras for rentals up to $400 per week (most others will charge 9.5% + extras) we include the extras such as property inspection reports every 3 months, monthly statements, rent collection, postage and petties and organisation of property maintenance in the one weekly fee.
Our office is situated at the entrance to the Australind Village Shopping Centre right between the only two banks with ATM’s in Australind. We believe our great location gives us the best chance to secure the best local tenants at the highest possible rent.

If you live or move away from the area, interstate or overseas, you can rest easy when your property is managed by DAD Realty. You complete an authority, so your property investment manager can act on your behalf. This will allow them to undertake all the required management functions in your absence, while staying in constant contact with you.
Rest assured we will endeavour to contact you as soon as maintenance issues arise. In the case of an emergency, in the unlikely event a tenant cannot contact our office or after-hours number, all tenants are provided with emergency contact numbers. Our emergency tradespeople will provide a detailed report to your dedicated property investment manager within 24 hours.
