Andrew commenced his real estate career as a Sales rep in 1991 and started DAD in 1999 with Darryl Helms. He has been involved in the local building and real estate industry for 20 years and has built an extensive knowledge of the local market and he has a picture perfect memory of property and prices. Andrew heads the Property Management Department and deals personally with all owners and tenants.

Darryl Helms sold his first property in 1987 as a fresh faced 20 year old! Joining forces with Andrew Spokes in 1999 they launched “DAD Australia” and have seen the partnership operate through many different phases of the industry. The DAD Realty Licensee has wife Sandra along with Brittney, Chantelle, Brielle and Jed, to make sure the “old boy” is off to work and not sneaking out in the boat!

Karen Parnell has lived in the Australind and Harvey area all her life and commenced her real estate career as Office Manager in the early 90’s. She has trained many receptionist‘s during this time and has been involved in many different administration roles in sales and property management, including being awarded Best Administrator.
Jane Evans
Jane Evans lives in Australind with her 2 gorgeous girls. She completes all the bookkeeping duties for the DAD Group, and also facilitates the real estate administration duties in the office, she is well qualified with a long administration history in the local real estate industry.
